1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TableSnap ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Service Description

TableSnap is a PDF table extraction service that:

• Accepts PDF files containing tables
• Uses AI to extract table data
• Returns structured data that can be inserted into Google Sheets

3. Account & API Keys

• You need an API key to use the Service
• One account per person/entity
• You're responsible for keeping your API key secure
• Don't share your API key publicly

4. Usage Limits

The Service has tiered plans with page limits:

• Free: 5 pages/month
• Starter ($29/month): 100 pages/month
• Pro ($49/month): 500 pages/month

Unused pages don't roll over. Exceeding limits requires upgrading.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious files
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Resell the Service without permission
• Upload files you don't have rights to process
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

6. Intellectual Property

• You own your input files and extracted data
• We own the Service, code, and underlying technology
• We don't claim rights to your content

7. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Uploaded PDFs are processed and immediately deleted
• We don't store your documents
• We use Anthropic's AI for processing

8. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may perform maintenance with notice when possible
• We may modify or discontinue features

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We're not liable for extraction accuracy
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights

11. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed monthly
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

12. Termination

• You can stop using the Service anytime
• We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms
• Termination doesn't affect accrued rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
